Google Wallet Annouced – Why are merchants excited about Google Wallet?

Google recently announced their new services called Google Wallet. Definitely it is cool stuff and convenient for customer to shop and pay. Hopefully it will available world wide soon, as it only available in US now. Take a look the video below, personal opinion, the video remind me about the introduction of Apple products, don’t know why, haha.
