MiFi – Mobile 3G wireless modem+router allow you to sharing up to 5 WiFi device

It is really surprise that some of my friends doesn’t know this device, which is called MiFi, a mobile wireless modem running 3G network, allow you shareg WiFi connection up to 5 devices wirelessly.

Compare with normal 3G USB dongle, this one is more flexible and without any driver setup needed. It is running with recharge-able battery , which allow you using the WiFI connection up to 5 hours.

What’s advantage to using this device?

No driver setup required, as everything rely on WiFi. Of course, you can only connect up to 5 hours, but that is more than enough when you are on the move.

Sharing your 3G connection with more than one workstation/devices when traveling, without have to change any setting and very easy to carry. This MiFi do have a WEP/WAP security protection, you can setup a password for your WiFi channel.
