最近市场上流行一种mini型的笔电(Laptop)，体积小超方便携带，而且价钱也比一般的笔电便宜，马来西亚市价差不多都是RM1300-1400之间。
我有去看看并且去了解这类笔电的功能，大部分都有这些规格：
- Intel Atom processor (据说散热不是很好）
- 8.9“inch screen, 1,024*600 screen resolution
- Linux/Windows XP OS (Vista? Lag 死你）
- 1GB/2GB RAM
- 40GB-80GB 1.8″inch Hard disk (depend model)
- 1.3 mega pixel camara or webcam.
- Wifi, Bluetooth
- Battery life 6 hours above
当然，这类笔电纯粹是让你方便携带，不可能拿来和一般的笔电做比较，但以该有的功能来说，对那些出门只做document work或上网读电邮的人士来说已经足够，各个厂家看到这可是一个很好的商机，纷纷推出这类产品。
这比起早几年的mini notebook更受欢迎，记得哦，这是叫 EeePC或UMPC。
Apple fans也许只是好奇Apple会不会推出这类产品吧？
但对Apple fans来说，银幕尺寸是很重要的。
网络上流传有人把Mac OSX Leopard的hackintosh版本也装进去EeePC！
