使用 Paypal 的马来西亚公民请注意，目前 Paypal 已经开始让用户直接把钱 withdraw 到马来西亚的银行，不再需要使用 Debit Card 或是 Credit Card 来提钱了。

Step 1.Login to your PayPal account, goto “Profile” > “Add / Edit Bank account.

第一步：登陆 Paypal 帐号，按入 Profile > Add / Edit Bank Account。

Step 2. Enter your bank account information, routing code, account number etc.

第二步：填写银行个人资料，包括名字、银行名称、银行 Routing Code 及 银行帐户号码

When you withdraw money from PayPal to your local bank account, is either free or RM3 per transaction. If your withdrawn amount are less than RM400, there will be RM3 charges apply, otherwise it will be free. But if PayPal discovered there are some problem with your bank account, there will be RM15 charges apply.

每次提钱的收费分成免费或RM3，如果您所提出的数额少过 RM400，就会收取 RM3 的费用，RM400 或以上就费付，如果发现银行帐户有问题而被退回的钱，就会收取 RM15 的费用。

最近身边一些常玩MSN的朋友把这个在网络上转寄到乱的MSN公告电邮也寄给我，我打开看了，除了无奈傻笑，也只能感叹这些人对网络行销的不了解而被欺骗去跟着指示做。内容是这样：
