I got my Apple TV 2nd generation since last month – October 2010,  but i don’t have much time to write a review for it. The main reason is because i’m too busy recently.

Many of you might curious, what is Apple TV? Apple TV is another iOS device from the iOS family (iPhone/iPad/iPod touch/iPod nano etc):

Apple TV has been redesigned to be small in size but big on entertainment. Rent from the largest selection of HD movies — many available the same day they come out on DVD. Watch Netflix titles instantly. Rent TV shows, commercial free in HD. And stream photos and music from your computer to your widescreen TV.

Buy/Rent movies/Tv show easily from iTunes

If you have a U.S. iTunes account with credit (credit card or iTunes gift card), you can buy/rent latest HD hollywood movies/TV Show from iTunes Store and watch it direct on your LCD/LED TV without any computer setup. But if you really want to fully enjoy the Apple TV features, you need a faster broadband connection say above 5Mbps, otherwise, it is really suffer to download 2-4GB HD movie/TV shows from iTunes store through Apple TV.

Play Youtube/Flickr/Netflix/Radio/Podcast right on your TV with computer

Since it is running iOS, does it mean it is jailbreakable? Yes, it is jailbreakable, but you can’t do much about it with all the SSH command that you can find from google search at the moment, beside the first weather App and media streaming server technique etc.

But since it is jailbreakable and running iOS, i believe soon or later there will be more funny stuff you can do with this iOS new family member. Angry Bird on Apple TV, anyone?

It is pretty cool, what i can see that this thing not just for disabled. Also for those who like SHOPPING in the shopping mall!

Happened in China on August 25th, when Nokia China ready to introduce the new N8 smartphone through a launch event. The event was broadcast on several major Chinese sites, but guess one of the live streaming videos being “hacked”. A porn video scene appears suddenly and stunned everyone, including all the media reporters.

There are explaination why the porn video appears. Some think it’s a staff prank, or the site was hacked. Well, this may be good for the promotion of N8 i guess.

By the way, tonight (midnight +8 GMT), Apple will announce their new product (again), from rumors, it is all about new iPod touch and iPod Nano. I’m not so sure is this real, but based on some of news resources saying that some manufacturers from China already start selling their new iPod touch/iPod Nano case, it seems like this is quite real.

Can see that a new iPod touch came with camera. Those iPod lover must be very exciting about this news.
