Part 3: When TM will fix this? Free Modem?

More than14 days that my ADSL modem are not fix/replace but connection are work fine.
Well, this is the final, and i don’t think i’m going to write part 4, 5 or additional, coz i totally fed up with them, i bought myself a new D.Link ADSL modem last thursday after i went to their so called “customer service center”, coz Im not going to wait for them to come to fix this, since Friday is public holiday in Malaysia, those “super fast” workers will not come within those few days i assume:
It cost me RM165, but it work absolutely fine and better than TM Nut free modem!
Guess what? Even BT download speed are much faster than before, i don’t know why, perhaps their free modem did have some setting which is disable fast download for BT ( I guess la..)
So, conclusion is, i have made an additional report for my broken modem last wednesday, when they coming to fix this? haha…perhaps next month? Or until the warranty is expired? Who know? They are improving everyday, who know? Improve to “suck” my money through their monthly bill without provide a service and follow up. Yeah, they are improving, really, is TRUE!

最近被TMD TM 公司烦死了！
之前我去TM申请streamyx，配套rm77 附送modem的，哪里知道，过后来bill的时候是RM88!我去找他们询问，他们竟然说我是跟一个叫My Broadband corp sdn bhd 的公司申请的！妈的，我这里就只有TM我怎么会去到在KL的公司申请？！还一直讲配套的问题不是在他们公司申请他们就不负责！！！之前明明说要这个rm77super什么鬼的配套，现在就RM88!!赌兰！
这摆明就是欺骗啊！
唉！都不知道要怎么解决！

有收据吗？还是表格的副本？注意表格的副本上有注明是什么配套，把那副本复印一张做证据，然后再去和他们吵。
记得哪个工作人员或Agent帮你申请吗？如果记得就把他抖出来，还有，第一次的安装费用有注明是RM77配套吗？一般上第一次的安装费用应该是RM77+RM85，RM85是安装费，RM77是第一次的月费。
如果他们硬说你是向那间My Broadband Corp Sdn Bhd公司申请的，就向他们要求对方所提供的资料副本、注册副本等等，以做证据。拿不出来就要求见上面的人吧。
有没有认识任何在里面工作的朋友？如果有他们可以帮你解决。
还是不行？那就如同我一样，写Blog shoot他们，把他们讲到很烂，但我还是告诉你，他们还是吃他们的kuih，你还是继续还你的冤枉钱RM88。
集体抗议吧，搞些什么网上签名之类的，
我会支持，但还是那句：
“没人会理你的啦~”
