iPhone – How to Hard Reset Your iPhone

Recently there are some friends who jailbroke their iPhone, and suddenly cannot turn on their iPhone or their iPhone not responding.

All you have to do is hard reset, if you iPhone still alive. How to make sure it is still alive? Just plug into your computer/Mac, if your PC detected there is a USB device, then it is still alive. That’s simple.

To perform a hard reset on your iPhone you can follow these steps (Don’t worry, all your data still available, nothing clean up):

Step One
Make sure your iPhone battery is charged. Press and hold the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time.

Step Two
Release both buttons once the Apple logo appears on the screen

That’s all. If you get stuck on the Apple logo booting screen, then your Jailbroke firmware might be crashed, you need to restore the jailbreak firmware again.

Don’t blame Apple or iPhone, since you jailbroke your iPhone, you should understand Jailbroke iPhone is not considered stable.
