iPhone iTunes App is available for non-US iTunes Account now
Seems like Apple is slowly release their restriction about their iTunes App in the iPhone/iPad. Now for those who are using non-US iTunes Account, you can access Podcast/iTunes U from your iTunes App in your iPhone. But still no music and movie, since you unable to buy music and movie if your iTunes Account are not signed up with US citizen address and payment information.
But at least we able to download podcast from our iPhone now, without have to sign in/out from different accounts.
