What’s New in iOS 4.3 for iPhone, iPad, iPod touch (Beta for developer only)
iOS 4.3 is coming soon for iPhone 4, 3GS, iPad, iPod touch 4G, 3G and Apple TV. This version of iOS also marks the end of support for iPhone 3G and iPod touch 2G (Jailbreak might help? Not sure)
The new iOS 4.3 brings lots of new features, some of these are listed below.

Personal Hotspot which turns your iPhone into a Wi-Fi router. (You can say bye bye to MyWi/PDANet)
AirPlay for third party apps.

iAd Full Screen Banners
4 and 5 finger gestures for iPad (via Gizmodo)
Option of choosing between mute switch and rotation lock for iPad’s “Side Switch” hardware button. (via MacStories)
New Message alert settings
New font “Noteworthy” added to iPad.
iOS 4.3 may also introduce Photo Booth like Camera Effects.
And many more, as this is just beta tested from Developer. Seems like Apple is encourage you to stay away from jailbreak, they do listen to the feedback from their user.
